Welcome to ULI Toronto – the first District Council to be established in Canada, and one of the fastest growing in the whole ULI network, with over 500 members.

The Toronto District Council has also been one of the most active organizations in the GTA real estate community, creating programs and presenting events each year that feature international speakers, panels of local experts, research studies that ULI have carried out in North America and members-only events about highly topical issues.

We are also proud to have a very active and large contingent of Young Leaders who are the future of this industry and are using ULI to connect with their peers and learn from the business leaders in the market today.

Our success and the ability to continue to grow are entirely dependent upon the support of our membership. If you are a member already, we need you to continue to be a member, and if you have not yet joined ULI, we believe that you will more than realize a return on investment for the modest membership fee. And, we invite and encourage each of you to come to our programs and to participate in our committees.

If there was ever a time in history when promoting and managing “responsible land use” was an urgent call to action, this is it.
