The ULI Summer Social is one of the most coveted events bringing together people from across the real estate and development industries in Toronto for a night of networking. The annual party was held at the brand new Stackt Market, Toronto’s first-ever market made entirely out of shipping containers. Now in its 9th year, the July 11th event was sponsored by Minto. The bar sponsors for the evening were Counterpoint Engineering, Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. and Harris Sheaffer LLP. Event sponsors were Allied and EXP and the supporting sponsors were Adhoc Studios, Butterfly MX, Quadreal, and SGL Planning & Design Inc.
Originally conceived as a gathering for the ULI Young Leaders Initiative (now ULI Connect), the popular summer soiree gives young professionals the chance to meet industry veterans in a laid back setting. Architects, developers, designers, realtors, lawyers, planners, and financiers alike rubbed shoulders and reveled in their shared affinity for city building. On the spacious patio with a view of the CN Tower and records spun by Norm Li, attendees built new relationships and caught up with old friends. The social lasted late into the night after the sun had set.
Thank you to all of our sponsors and to Norm Li for providing the soundtrack for the evening and capturing everything on social media – check out our Highlights on Instagram to catch anything you might have missed.
