Ivanhoé Cambridge and Metrolinx worked together to create CIBC Square, creating Toronto’s last great Bay Street address.  Learn about this complex and excellent example of city-building and how it happened from the people who made it happen. The complexity of the deal makes the project a decade in the making, underpinning what will be the second largest office complex in Toronto, and the largest in many decades.  Despite it’s complexity, the apparent success of the project begs the question: why can’t we do this more often?
