Join ULI Toronto for a follow-up to our Pro Forma 101 program. This half-day virtual workshop aims to provide city building professionals with further knowledge of development pro formas and the methods used to evaluate the financial feasibility of real estate investment projects.
This session will focus on completing a discounted cash flow pro forma analysis for a development, producing a loan amortization schedule, and conducting a sensitivity analysis. Useful built-in spreadsheet functions will be incorporated into the workshop examples.
