Join ULI Toronto for a half day workshop that aims to provide City Building professionals with an introduction to the development pro forma method used to evaluate the financial feasibility of real estate investment. Participants will learn about the concepts, assumptions, cash flows, calculations and Excel programming techniques associated with the construction and interpretation of a basic pro forma. This hands on interactive session offers the opportunity to work with a spreadsheet model to measure project performance, produce a sensitivity analysis and calculate land value.
