Sep 1986 – July 1989 Director of Real Estate Projects and President of Concorde Square Limited • Developed and managed Real Estate assets of the BCE group of companies’ pension funds including office, retail and hotel across Canada. • Negotiated separation from major development partners engaged by previous management and assumed development management. • As President of Concorde Square Limited, on behalf of pension funds, took over the development and management of a large mixed-use office and residential condominium project (Wynford Drive and Don Valley Parkway). This project, costing several hundred million dollars, involved difficult rezoning of an area and development of over one million sq. ft. of office space and over a thousand residential units.
