As women, our work lives have become increasingly complex. As we navigate the work force, especially in traditionally male dominated industries, we often encounter a variety of obstacles along the way. As a result, our career goals may shift and confidence may be dashed. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be this way.

In this session your will learn:
    • Strategies to overcome the key areas that hold women back from career progression and leadership roles
    • How you can develop more confidence and success in your career
    • How to design a career that feels fulfilling on your terms
This session will be lead by Vanessa Judelman, President of Mosaic People Development. With a passion for female engagement, find out what she is doing to make a shift in Toronto’s real estate development industry.
