Linda J. Isaacson serves as First American Title’s Senior Vice President, Director of Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics for the National Commercial Services Division. In that role, Linda focuses on driving revenue growth by developing critical market and competitive intelligence, conducting trend analyses, engaging in predictive & prescriptive analytics and innovative research in both the debt and equity quadrants of the primary, secondary and tertiary markets throughout the United States. In this capacity, Linda leads a portfolio of cutting-edge technology & digital initiatives, data analytics and best practices to analyze information and optimize decision-making and performance, while clarifying and communicating the vision and strategy of advanced analytics and innovation throughout the enterprise. Additionally, Linda manages these initiatives via high-performing cross-collaboration global teams. Linda is a key member of the division’s Digital Innovation Team, highly focused on developing and implementing innovative strategies towards solutions, products and services. As a member of the division’s Executive Management Team and Executive Sales Leadership Council, Linda oversees strategic account management for principals, lenders, developers, REITs, institutional/pension funds and cross-border stakeholders seeking investment opportunities in the U.S., and has presented to institutional investors internationally. Linda is a founding member of the First American Women In Leadership initiative launched in 2012; Fortune® and Great Place to Work® have recognized First American as one of the 2018 Best Workplaces for Women, marking the third consecutive year on the list. Prior to serving as Senior Vice President of First American Title, Linda was the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the New York division. In that role, she was responsible for the strategic planning, management and overall risk mitigation projects for the New York operation. Linda joined First American Title Insurance Company of New York in 2007, and in 2010, led the merger with the independent subsidiary First American Title Insurance Company of New York, which established First American Title’s New York division. Previously, Linda was a member of the Board of Directors of First American Title Insurance Company of New York. Linda is recognized for her authoritative and compelling voice in the real estate industry and has authored a number of relevant, informative white papers for First American Title National Commercial Services. She is a featured speaker for Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she serves as the Chair of The Global Exchange Council. Linda is also First American’s delegate to the Pension and Real Estate Association (PREA), a non-profit trade organization for the global institutional real estate investment industry and serves on PREA’s Research Affinity Group. Linda is a member of the CRETech Leadership Board that provides a platform with important insights on the most impactful industry technology trends. She was appointed a winner of Connect Media’s New York 2018 Annual Women in Real Estate Awards, distinguished as one of Real Estate New York’s “Women of Influence”, Sokol Media’s “Pioneering Women in Real Estate” and “Top Woman in Real Estate.” Linda is a member of WX, Inc., New York’s Leading Women Executives in Real Estate - an invitation-only association of executive-level women actively engaged in the commercial real estate industry.
