Join us for this English-language webinar focusing on PropTech, and including a testimony of the American market, the United States being the largest PropTech market.

In the post-COVID-19 era, the real estate market is reinventing itself and PropTech's role is becoming even more important.  While real estate players first turned to new technologies to preserve their business during the pandemic, they are now looking for innovative solutions to support them in the return to work , in a way that make sense for customers.  As economies recover and offices, businesses and hotels reopen, PropTech provides solutions that combine innovation, creativity, functionality and compliance with health safety standards.

So how does PropTech concretely support this return to the office, shops and hotels? Does PropTech help business recovery? And how are these technological innovations going to have a lasting impact on the real estate, hotel and tourism sectors? Will there be integration within large user groups?

Hear from four expert speakers, who will provide their opinions and answer your questions:

    - Charlotte Baur, Founder and CEO of Wishibam,

    - Minta Kay, Partner in charge of the PropTech practice at Goodwin (Boston),

    - Thibault Vasseur, Global Vice-President Digital Resort Expérience Club Med

In her current role as Chair of the Real Estate Industry Group, Ms. Kay has identified teams of lawyers and professional staff at all levels to lead particular department strategic priorities for the group. Each of these teams seeks to implement its plans across the business unit and identify ways in which they can help clients to achieve their goals and promote Goodwin’s growth on a global basis. One strategic priority in particular that Ms. Kay has led, is the inception of Goodwin’s new PropTech practice, one of the first of its kind within the U.S. legal field. This practice is focused on supporting the intersection between Real Estate and Technology through thoughtful collaboration across the two sectors. As a leading member of the PropTech Steering Committee, she is responsible for driving strategy across the real estate and technology groups to effectively support clients involved in the emerging subsector. Her keen understanding in the importance of connecting real estate and technology, paired with her collaborative nature, has allowed her to coordinate fruitful introductions between investors, start-ups, companies and thought leaders within the space. While assisting her contacts in the growth of their own network, Ms. Kay has elevated the Goodwin platform by retaining a number of PropTech-related clients over the past year, further exemplifying her status as a true pioneer in the PropTech industry. As Goodwin and the Real Estate Industry group’s global footprint increases, Ms. Kay has also concentrated her efforts on cross-continent initiatives, supporting colleagues across Goodwin’s U.S., London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and Paris offices to help expand current relationships and identify new ones. She continually works with each of the team leaders to help ensure that clients’ needs are met and that they don’t feel a shift in their intimate relationships as Goodwin continues to grow as a firm. Ms. Kay empowers members of the Real Estate Industry group to take its trajectory to new heights and continues to make an influential mark on the firm. In her role, she provides a new outlook and innovative ideas to unite the team on a higher level.
