Join ULI Toronto for a half day virtual workshop that aims to provide city building professionals with an introduction to development pro forma and the methods used to evaluate the financial feasibility of real estate investment projects.
Participants will learn about the concepts, assumptions, cash flows, calculations and Excel programming techniques associated with the construction and interpretation of a basic pro forma. This session offers the opportunity to work with a spreadsheet model to measure project performance, produce a sensitivity analysis and calculate land value. This session will begin with two context setting presentations from a commercial and residential developer.
Please note, this is ULI Toronto's second time offering the 101 version of the program. A 201 session will run in the Fall.
