WLI Toronto’s Build Your Circle (formerly known as Book Club Without the Books) returns this fall as a series of intimate networking sessions designed to bring together both emerging and established leaders across the GTHA for real, candid conversations that matter.
Rooted in WLI Toronto’s mission to accelerate the growth, leadership, and impact of women across ULI, the real estate sector, and the city-building industry, Build Your Circle creates space to build authentic relationships, foster an inclusive network, and champion equitable opportunities—one conversation at a time.
Each session gathers a small group of women from diverse sectors and experience levels to discuss career strategy, leadership challenges, personal transitions, and professional wins. Conversations are guided by a session host and shaped by those in the room—making each gathering meaningful, grounded, and personal.
The Build Your Circle initiative includes concurrent series hosted in diverse locations across the GTHA, with each series including four sessions. At the conclusion of the initiative, a larger celebratory event gathers participants from each series so that they may reconnect and expand their circles. This will be the only Build Your Circle event this year, so don’t miss out!
