Toronto's most internationally recognized development has made a giant leap forward. Waterfront Toronto recently announced Dream Unlimited and the Great Gulf Group as its preferred proponent to bring its vision for Quayside, as one of Canada's most sustainable low-carbon communities, to fruition. Their plan has been called "a recipe for diverse, culturally rich, and beautiful urban neighbourhood" and "a sight for sore eyes" and promises to raise the bar on climate sustainability and residential affordability.
