Pathways to Inclusion 2025 Cohort
What is the Pathways to Inclusion Initiative?
The Pathways to Inclusion initiative (PTI) was created by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) to increase the participation of equity-deserving communities who are currently underrepresented in the real estate development, land use, and city-building fields.
The Pathways to Inclusion Initiative will offer up to 25 industry professionals a full-year ULI membership, including participation in the ULI Toronto PTI 2025 Event in early March, while providing ongoing opportunities to enhance access and engagement as ULI members throughout the year.
ULI Membership is valued at more than $400 CAD each.
