Student Committee

The Student Committee is comprised of students from various real estate and development-related faculties who are currently in attendance at local universities. These student representatives act as a liaison between students and ULI, promoting ULI programs and events, providing feedback on existing programs and helping to brainstorm, plan and organize new student-targeted events.

ULI Toronto is looking for post-secondary student members to join the ULI Student Committee for 2025-2026. Students who join the committee will have the chance to meet and work alongside other like-minded ULI Members and receive the opportunity to ULI Toronto’s unique programming.
As a Student Committee Member, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Attending 4 of 6 Student Committee Meetings. Meetings can be attended virtually. Attendance for the first Committee Meeting is mandatory.
  • Planning and executing student-related ULI programming
  • Acting as a liaison between current students, past alumni and ULI Toronto members.
  • Volunteering (or attending) ULI events.
  • Assisting Committee Co-Chairs to collaborate with other ULI committees and chapters to identify opportunities for student engagement.

  • Meeting 1: September 2025
  • Meeting 2: October 2025
  • Meeting 3: November 2025
  • Meeting 4: January 2026
  • Meeting 5: February 2026
  • Meeting 6: March 2026
(Accepted applicants can also contribute towards Student Committee programming in Summer 2025)
As a student committee member, you would receive:
  • First access to volunteering opportunities for a variety of ULI Toronto events (tours, panels, workshops, socials etc.)
  • A leadership role that enables you to initiate, plan and execute events on campus.
  • Contribute a student perspective as a representative on other ULI committees and initiatives
  • Opportunity to buddy up with a professional Young Leader at events to help build your network
  • An early chance to establish yourself within the local ULI community, the largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world.
