The Allies in Action subcommittee is committed to proactively advancing the inclusion of women and minority groups in the real estate and land development industry. This involves making strides, big and small, to shine a brighter light on women’s contribution to the real estate and development industry. The subcommittee hosts webinars and events and as well shares information through the Conversations with WLI podcast.

Our Beginnings – SheWithHe

Launched in February 2016, SheWithHe (original name) was inspired by the UN’s global “He for She Campaign.” She, working hand in hand with He, will shine a brighter light on the talent, knowledge and leadership that women contribute to the real estate industry and the development of sustainable communities within the Greater Toronto region.

As well, the Conversations with WLI podcast is a legacy project that stemmed from SheWithHe and continues to be a priority for all WLI subcommittees.
