WLI Workshops
WLI is focused on increasing diversity and inclusion across the real estate and development industry and beyond by educating women on how to get on boards, what it takes to make it to the C-Suite, and how to design a fulfilling career on their own terms. We support this initiative by hosting educational workshops and webinars led by dynamic women who are leading the industry both locally and globally.
WLI sees a growing problem as achieving gender diversity at the Board of Directors level has stalled. With new rules aimed at increasing gender diversity on public boards, many organizations will increasingly be looking for talented women to heed the call. We have included some helpful resources below for women seeking opportunities on boards. Those seeking qualified women to serve on their boards can also refer to the WLI Championship Team website which highlights many of the female leaders in our community.
