Bader Elkhatib, Vice President, CentreCourt Developments to join ULI Toronto’s program committee
TORONTO (January 8, 2020) – ULI Toronto is excited to welcome new leadership of its Program Committee. Bader Elkhatib, Vice President, CentreCourt Developments will join Signe Leisk, Partner, Cassels Brock as Co-Chair of the ULI Toronto Program Committee and will succeed Josie Lee, Senior Specialist, Asset Management at Bell Canada Corporate Real Estate, who recently completed her two-year term as Co-Chair.
Bader’s professional knowledge of the real estate and land use industries combined with his passion for key regional issues will drive ULI Toronto’s already exceptional programming to new heights” said Richard Joy.
As a member of the Program Committee since 2014, Bader’s appointment reflects his dedication to driving ULI’s mission of promoting the responsible use of land through innovative and essential programming to ULI Toronto members. As Co-Chair of the Program Committee, Bader will also serve for a two-year term on the ULI Toronto Management Committee.
About Bader Elkhatib, Vice President, CentreCourt Bader Elkhatib is a Vice President at CentreCourt, a real estate company focused on the development of high-rise residential condominiums across the Greater Toronto Area. Bader is involved in all aspects of the development process and focuses most of his energy on leading CentreCourt’s land acquisition efforts. Bader has extensive experience in sourcing, underwriting and acquiring real estate across several asset classes in both Canada and the United States. Prior to joining CentreCourt, Bader worked as an Investment Associate for Tricon Capital Group, a real estate private equity firm, and prior to that he worked as an Analyst in investment banking at CIBC Capital Markets. Bader holds an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario where he graduated with Distinction.
