I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Check to see if registration has closed (registration closes 2 days before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at 1-800-321-5011.

I’d like to attend an event but registration is closed. Can I still go?
Yes, you can attend the event and register onsite. You may contact ULI Toronto directly up to 24-hours before the event for additional assistance if the registration window has closed.

My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
You can reset your password on the log-in page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service at 1-800-321-5011.

Why am I not receiving ULI Toronto emails?
Have you added ULI Toronto to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI’s national website.

How do I become a ULI member/renew my membership?
Please visit www.uli.org/JoinULI to renew your membership or to decide which membership package is right for you. Still have questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact our staff.

I want to get more involved with ULI. Where do I start?
The best way to get involved is to attend our educational programs and networking events. If you are looking to dive deeper, please refer to our get involved page or contact one of our management committee for more information.
