This June, ULI Toronto Members will travel to Michigan for a unique two-day exchange where they will learn about recent revitalization efforts in Detroit, and connect with leaders and projects shaping the resurgence of America’s Motor City.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN ABOUT:

• Tour recent development projects in major metro areas
• Interact with and hear from real estate industry leaders in other cities
• Get a first look at future project sites under construction/planned developments
• Establish interaction and reinforce networking among ULI YLG members in different cities
• Exchange “best practice” philosophies and ideas for development
