Hamilton is home to a growing number of city-builders, visionaries, and urbanists dedicated to Hamilton’s growth and success while prioritizing sustainability, affordability, and livability.

Hamilton continues to reach new heights with the volume of new housing and development projects across the City, surpassing $2 billion of total construction value for building permits issued in 2023.

Back by popular demand, join ULI as we meet together for a full-day in Hamilton experiencing a few of these exciting new projects including a community hub proposed in the iconic Coppley Building, new institutional and affordable housing projects in the City’s Downtown along the future LRT line, and the ongoing revitalization and heritage preservation of Gore Park.

This full-day tour will begin at Union Station in Toronto with attendees travelling by GO train to West Harbour in Hamilton. Guests will visit multiple sites, will gather for a lunch and end the day with a networking reception. In the evening, attendees can then explore Hamilton’s arts and culture scene at the James North Art Crawl.

ULI will reserve a hotel block for attendees that would like to spend the night in Hamilton and join other members for additional programming the next day.
