Join us for our second tour this year with the members and young leaders of the Urban Land Institute. Next month, our group of members will meet to tour the Historic Distillery District.

ULI members will have an opportunity to learn how this successful development project came to be. We will also be discussing the development constraints on lands located within a floodplain and Special Policy Area, and future plans for this featured neighborhood of Toronto.

Our tour will be followed by a social gathering the Mill Street Brewery.
