Bay Adelaide Centre – North Tower is the third tower of the Bay Adelaide Centre (BAC) complex in Toronto’s Financial District.
It features direct access to the underground PATH network at concourse level, four levels of underground parking and connectivity to an abundance of local amenities. During construction, the project team has been able to maintain the operations of the existing complex and public areas. The project, which is targeting LEED Platinum Core & Shell certification, includes a glazed curtain wall with metal panel envelope system, best-in-class operational and life-safety systems, including Enwave’s Deep Lake Water Cooling.
