PwC and ULI’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate is a highly-regarded and widely-read forecast report in NorthAmerica. The 2021 edition will provide an in-depth review of the key trends and outlook in the Canada and US real estate markets. This year’s keynote will be delivered by Andrew Warren, Director of Real Estate Research at PwC followed by a panel of local experts to be moderated by PwC. This year the program has been expanded to provide attendees a chance to participate in focused sessions under the various asset classes and a closing Fireside Chat with Jon Love and Aliyah Mohamed to further explore the economic landscape of the real estate development sector.
